The short version: your business data is yours. We use it to run the agents you configure — not to train foundation models for third parties and not to sell to advertisers. You can export or delete it.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your business content to train models for other customers.
When you enable call handling, calls your agents place or receive may be recorded and transcribed for service quality, dispute resolution, and to give your agents context across conversations. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required in your jurisdiction; the product provides consent capture and disclosure tools to help.
We run our own self-hosted infrastructure and use AI model providers to power agent reasoning. Content sent to a model provider is used to generate your agents’ output and is subject to that provider’s data-use terms; we choose providers that do not train on API content by default.
We keep your data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, billing, and dispute-resolution needs. Call recordings and transcripts are retained on the relevant record and can be deleted on request.
Essential cookies (sign-in sessions and security) are always on — the site can't work without them. Optional usage tools run only if you click Accept on our consent notice; Decline keeps only essential cookies, and we honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track browser signals automatically as a decline. No tool of ours ever captures what you type — form values are masked before anything leaves your browser. You can change your choice any time by clearing this site's browser storage.
Secrets are held in a hardened vault, access is identity-brokered per agent, and tenant data is isolated per account. No system is perfectly secure, but security is a first-class part of how the platform is built.
