How to request deletion

1. Sign in at agentsfast.ai with the login you use for DavidAgents.
2. Come back to this page and choose Request deletion.
3. You see your request number here at once. We finish within 30 days and email you when it is done.

Can't sign in? Email privacy@davidagents.ai from the address on your account, and we will confirm it is you and process it the same way.

What is deleted, and what we keep

This asks us to delete your DavidAgents account and the data in it: your agents, website, store, contacts, recordings and transcripts, including your own customers' records. It cannot be undone, so download anything you want to keep first. We finish within 30 days, email you when it is done, and it ends your plan; deleted data then ages out of our backups, and we never restore it. We keep only the records named under Retention in our Privacy Policy (such as billing and tax records and your acceptance of our terms), for the periods it states.

• Your record of accepting our Terms and this Privacy Policy, and any signing authorization you gave us, while your account is open and for six years after it closes.
• Our billing and tax records, as long as tax law requires.
• Content and account records we hold, remove, or report, or are asked by law to preserve (see Preservation in our Terms): for as long as the law requires or allows, and for any investigation, dispute, or legal proceeding.

A team member who is not the account owner can remove only their own login; the business account and its data stay with the business.
